• Applicant should be a Lebanese citizen
• Applicant should have been employed for more than one year or self employed for more than two years
• Applicant’s monthly payment shouldn’t exceed 1/3 of the monthly salary (for employees) & 1/4 of the monthly income (for self employed and according to marital status)
• Applicant’s minimum salary should be $600 for private and public sector employees, and $1500 for self employed.
• Applicant shouldn’t be retired when loan period ends

For employees:

• Copy of passport or Identity Card
• Proof of income: a recent employment certificate confirming the date of employment, position held, salary, and NSSF number (if available) or certificate of salary with a copy of the last payroll slip
• Proof of residence: certificate of residence or copy of electricity or phone bill

For self-employed:

• Copy of passport or Identity Card
• Statement of account for the last 6 months
• Declaration of income for the last 2 years
• Copy of the company’s commercial circular
• Documents proving the place of work (certificate of Commercial Register, etc.)
• Copy of syndicate membership card (if available)
