Fresh Saving Account

​​FNB Fresh Saving account can be opened either individually or jointly by a resident and non-resident Lebanese as well as foreigners.
This account can be maintained in Lebanese Pounds or Foreign Currencies. No minimum balance is required to earn interest. Interest is calculated on daily balances and credited to the account every month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

  • Required Documents
    For Individuals:
    • Copy of the identity card or the civil register or the passport
    • Certificate of residence or recent electricity bill

     

     For Companies:

    Lebanese Public Limited Corporation

    • Certified copy of memorandum (in case of entry into relation on a debtor basis, the existence of the right to open bank accounts and make bank accounts movements must be verified, in addition to the right of running into debt)

    • Certified copy of certificate of registration at the commercial register

    • Certified copy (by the trade tribunal) of the minutes of meeting of the last General Assembly who elected the Board of Directors

    • Certified copy of the minutes of meeting of the Board of Directors who designated the CEO

    • Photocopy of the signatories ID cards

    • Photocopy of the ID cards of partners / owners having 20% and more of the shares


     

    Limited Liability Company

    • Certified copy of memorandum (in case of an entry into relation on a debtor basis, the existence of the right to open bank accounts and make bank accounts movements must be verified, in addition to the right of running into debt)

    • Certified copy of certificate of registration at the trade register

    • Certified copy (by the trade tribunal) of the minutes of meeting of the partners in which the Manager has been designated

    • Recent circular letter related to the authorized signatures certified by the trade tribunal

    • Photocopy of the signatories ID cards

    • Photocopy of the ID cards of partners/owners


     

    Limited Partnership

    • Certified copy of memorandum

    • Certified copy of certificate of registration at the trade register

    • Certified true copy (by the trade tribunal) of the minutes report of the members meeting in which the acting partners were designated

    • Recent circular letter related to the authorized signatures certified by the trade tribunal

    • Photocopy of the signatories ID cards

    • Photocopy of the ID cards of partners/acting and sleeping partners


     

    General Partnership

    • Accurate copy of memorandum

    • Accurate copy of certificate of registration at the trade register

    • Recent circular letter related to the authorized signatures certified by the trade tribunal

    • Photocopy of the signatories ID cards

    • Photocopy of partners/owners ID cards


     

    Individual Establishment

    • Certified copy of certificate of registration at the trade register

    • Recent circular letter related to the authorized signatures certified by the trade tribunal

    • Photocopy of signatory / owner ID cards


     

    Company in Fact

    • Photocopy of the ID cards of the company in fact constituents/signatories

    • Company in fact deed


     

    Association

    • Copy of memorandum

    • Certified copy (by the ministry of Interior) of the minutes of meeting of the members in which the entitled individuals were designated

    • Photocopy of the signatories ID cards

    • Photocopy of the members ID

    • Receipt / annual certificate of the ministry of Interior
