Mr. El Nimer is an experienced banker who has many notable achievements in the banking industry. He has served as a Director and Chairman - General Manager of the bank since March 2001. Additionally, Mr. El Nimer holds other corporate responsibilities within the business community. Mr. El Nimer holds a Master of Science in Money and Banking from Adelphi University in New York, USA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the American College of Switzerland in Leysin, Switzerland. Furthermore, he went through extended residential exchange programs with two international banks in London and New York at the beginning of his career, in addition to participating in numerous regional and international financial and banking workshops and conferences. Mr. El Nimer serves on boards of several philanthropic and humanitarian organizations.

Mr. Farah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the CFH Group an investment banking firm. Mr. Farah has more than forty years of professional experience in commercial and investment banking. Mr. Farah holds an M.A from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A from the California State University. Mr. Farah has been a Director of the bank since May 2014, he is also a Member of the Board of Directors in CSC Bank S.A.L. and Société des Grands Hotels du Liban (Phoenicia Hotel). He is currently serving as a Chairman of Capital Finance Company S.A.L. (CFC). Mr. Farah is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the American Community School of Beirut and an International Advisor to the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut. Also, he serves as a member of the Lebanese-Saudi Businessmen Council and on a number of other corporate and charity organizations in the Middle East.

Mr. Al Humaidhi has been a Director of the bank since June 1996 and he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Commercial Facilities Company K.S.C. Mr. Al Humaidhi was a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain, representing the government of Kuwait and was also a Board Member of the Kuwait Chamber for Commerce & Industry - Kuwait, in addition to other Kuwaiti organizations.

Mr. Ayass has been a Director of the bank since June 2009. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Lebanese Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ayass is currently a faculty member of Rafic Hariri University on a part time basis.

Mr. Haraoui has been serving as an executive member of the Board of Directors since December 2001 and was appointed as Delegated Board Member on February 12, 2026, to act on behalf of the Chairman in his absence. He is also Vice-Chairman and Director of FNB Holding Limited since 2017, as well as of FNB Invest Offshore S.A.L. In addition, he was elected Chairman - General Manager of FNB Capital S.A.L. on March 13, 2026, and has held the same role at FNB Holding S.A.L. since 2006. He is also a Board Member of Capital Finance Company S.A.L. since 2010 and of Corporate Finance House Ltd. Furthermore, Mr. Haraoui served as Chairman - General Manager of Middle East Capital Group from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Haraoui holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from Purdue University as well as a master’s degree in operations research from Stanford University.

Almuttahida Lil Istithmar (Lebanon) S.A.L. (Holding) has been elected, through its representative Mr. Romen Mathieu, as a board member since May 2004. It is a Lebanese holding company that invests its funds in the financial and industrial sectors in Lebanon.
