Mr. Nimer is an experienced banker who has many notable achievements in the banking industry. He has served as a Director and Chairman for the bank since March 2001. Additionally, Mr. El Nimer holds other corporate responsibilities within the business community. Mr. Nimer holds a Master of Science in Money Banking from Adelphi University in New York, USA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the American College of Switzerland in Leysin, Switzerland. Furthermore he went through extended residential exchange programs with two international banks in London and New York at the beginning of his career, in addition to participating in numerous regional and international financial and banking workshops and conferences. Mr. Nimer serves on boards of several philanthropic and humanitarian organizations.

Mr. Farah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the CFH Group an investment banking firm. Mr. Farah has more than thirty seven years of professional experience in international commercial and investment banking. Mr. Farah holds an M.A from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A from the California State University. Presently, Mr. Farah is serving as a Member of the Board of Directors in CSC Bank s.a.l., Société des Grands Hotels du Liban (Phoenicia & Le Vendome Hotels) and El-Ajou Group in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Farah is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the American Community School and a former International Advisor to the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut. Also, he serves as a member of the Lebanese-Saudi Businessmen Council and on a number of other corporate and charity organizations in the Middle East.

Mr. Abdallah Saoud Al Humaidhi has been a Director of the bank since June 1996. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain, representing the government of Kuwait. Mr. Al Humaidhi is the Chairman and Managing Director of Commercial Facilities Company K.S.C., and a Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Kuwait, in addition to other Kuwaiti organizations.

Mr. Arfan Khalil Ayass has been a Director for the bank since August 2009. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Lebanese Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ayass is currently a faculty member of Rafic Hariri University.

Mr. Roland Elias Haraoui has been an executive member of the Board of Directors since 2001. He is also a board member of Capital Finance Company S.A.L. and Corporate Finance House Ltd. In addition, Mr. Haraoui has been serving as chairman and general manager for Middle East Capital Group Ltd., MECG Holding S.A.L. and MECG Development S.A.L., as well as a board member of MECG S.A.L., since 2006. He previously worked as a real estate developer, representative for Naftomar Co. for Gas Trading & Transport and software developer for Oracle Corporation in California. He is a Lebanese businessman with an exceptional leadership profile. Mr. Haraoui holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from Purdue University as well as a master’s degree in operations research from Stanford University.

Almuttahida Lil Istithmar (Lebanon) s.a.l. (Holding) has been elected, through its representative Mr. Romen Mathieu , as a board member since 2004. It is a Lebanese holding company that invests its financial and industrial concerns in Lebanon.

Promotion des Investissements S.A.L. (Holding) has been elected as a Board member since April 2000 and is currently represented by Mr. Omar Lababidi. It is a Lebanese holding company that primarily invests its financial and industrial concerns in Lebanon.

Mr. Georges Nassib Awad is a seasoned Banker, tallying more than forty five years in Banking. His debuts were marked as Chief Manager of The Royal Bank of Canada (Middle East) SAL until its acquisition in 1988 by The Lebanese Canadian Bank. He assumed the leadership of LCB as General Manager/Board Member until 2002, where he joined First National Bank as its Deputy General Manager, till 2012. He has been a Director at the Bank since May 2017. Mr. Awad holds leadership positions as a Board Member in Middle East Capital Group SAL (a subsidiary of FNB Group) and some other local institutions. His Corporate profile extends to Business, Insurance, Financial and Real Estate Development ventures. He holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance, supported by an international exposure to multiple business conferences in Paris, London, Montreal & New York.
